Applications are accepted online. After the completion of preliminary assessment, notification for further action will be conveyed to the applicants.

A project orientation session/meeting will be held to introduce details of the project, the required criteria, and the standard procedures for setting up a study center. Applicants should submit a proposal based on the information.

An applicant whose proposal has been accepted is required to set up a study center as per the guidelines for setting up “AIMS PROJECT” within forty- five days of accepting the proposal. Intimation regarding the same is conveyed by applying for official in-person inspection and remitting the prescribed inspection fee.

After successful completion of direct official verification, approval code and email ID will be generated for the applicant. Subsequently, notification to sign the agreement for Authorized Training Center will be issued, subject to the remittance of prescribed affiliation fee. Once the agreement is signed and all approval procedures are completed, the study center can start functioning as an authorized training center of Kerala State Rutronix.
